From a very young age, I sensed the Lord placing a deep impression on my heart—that I was created for more. Even before I fully understood what that meant, I knew my calling on this side of Heaven extended far beyond a conventional path or predictable rhythm of life. There was a holy stirring within me, a burning desire to do more—more for Christ and more for His Kingdom.
Raised in the church, I had the privilege of serving in various capacities that shaped my faith and connected me with remarkable people along the way. Each role refined me, taught me invaluable lessons, and revealed that God was preparing me for something greater. Those early seasons of service were only the beginning of the journey He was unfolding.
Years later, I married my husband—a devoted pastor, leader, father, and friend—and together we stepped into the call of ministry. Along the way, the Lord blessed us with our son, Josue, whom we love very much and who fills our home with wild love and laughter. Side by side, we have walked through seasons of growth, refinement, and obedience as the Lord continues to shape us, mold us, prune us, and faithfully lead us forward. Today, we are actively helping support a church plant, sensing the Lord’s clear direction and invitation to build, serve, and come alongside what He is establishing in this season.
This walk of faith has not been without hardship. Along the way, we encounter suffering, setbacks, failure, discouragement, and moments of deep stretching—but none of these disqualify us. Instead, they refine us.
That truth is at the heart of my work with Vita Nova. My mission is to help women press on, remain anchored in hope, and walk confidently in obedience. The work we commit to today matters deeply—it sets the tone and paves the way for future generations of strong women who boldly pursue their Father’s will and leave a legacy of faith.

More About Me
I’m a Licensed Professional Christian Coach, founder of Vita Nova, and a passionate public speaker with a heart for helping others experience true renewal in Christ. Born and raised in Kissimmee, Florida—and shaped by my teenage years in Winter Haven—I eventually followed my calling to Chattanooga, Tennessee, where I began studying Psychology. It was there that the Lord made it clear: my purpose wasn’t confined to a classroom, but rooted in walking alongside people as they pursue healing, clarity, and transformation. In obedience to that calling, I stepped away from clinical psychology to serve others as a full-time Christian coach.
When I’m not coaching or speaking, you’ll likely find me cuddled up on my recliner with a good book in my hand, wandering a local farmers market, baking something cozy, or hosting meaningful get-togethers with family and friends. I’m rarely without an iced coffee in hand, worship music playing in the background, and a deep love for fall and Christmas—because nothing compares to pumpkin pie, warm lights, and Christmas carols.
My life verse is 1 John 2:6: “Whoever claims to abide in Him must walk as Jesus walked.” I believe our greatest calling is to become more like Jesus each day and to bring Him honor and glory in all that we do.
I’m deeply committed to growth—both mine and my clients’. That’s why I continually invest in education, certifications, and resources, ensuring I can serve with excellence, wisdom, and integrity.

A healthy and abundant life begins with a healthy and grounded you. I create talks that equip audiences to master boundaries, grow in self-discipline, build confidence in Christ, and develop deeper self-awareness.
Gathering
Every leader is called on purpose, for a purpose. I equip leaders to gain clarity in God’s divine plan through biblically grounded teaching that strengthens conviction, confidence, and Kingdom impact.
