[DRAFT] Leading from Identity, Not Insecurity
[DRAFT PLACEHOLDER] What changes when you anchor your leadership in who God says you are rather than what others expect of you? Exploring the shift from performance-driven to identity-rooted leadership.
Vita Nova is a Christian leadership experience for women leaders navigating burnout, identity questions, and the weight of calling — guiding you toward clarity, renewal, and confident purpose.
Vita Nova — Latin for "new life" — is a faith-centered leadership experience created for Christian women who are ready to lead from a place of wholeness rather than weariness.
We serve pastors, ministry directors, executive leaders, and women navigating significant life transitions who are hungry for clarity, renewed identity, and a deeper walk with God.
Unlike a generic coaching program, the Vita Nova Leadership Experience is personal, unhurried, and rooted in Scripture — designed to address the whole person, not just the next professional milestone.

Reconnect with who you are called to be, beyond titles and roles.
Discern your unique purpose and lead from a grounded, certain place.
Build rhythms that allow you to lead with energy and wholeness.
Step into the vision God has placed in you with confidence and grace.
If you're a woman leading in ministry, the church, or a mission-driven organization, these experiences may feel uncomfortably familiar.
You give everything to those you serve, leaving little for yourself — or for God.
The weight of leadership with no one at your level to walk alongside you.
Knowing your role but losing your sense of who God says you are underneath it.
Questioning whether you're in the right place, doing the right thing, or hearing God clearly.
Saying yes when you should say no, and struggling to understand why.
Ministering to others from an empty well, running on duty rather than delight.

The Leadership Experience is built on four pillars that address the whole person — not just professional skills, but identity, faith, and calling.
Rebuilding the interior life that sustains everything you do. Leadership that lasts flows from intimacy with God, not performance for Him.
Rediscovering the identity that cannot be shaken by role changes, criticism, or seasons of transition — grounded in who God says you are.
Standing on Scripture as a personal and specific anchor — not just theological knowledge, but lived confidence in what God has spoken over your life.
Moving from clarity to action. Leading with intention, boundaries, and the freedom that comes from knowing your assignment.

I'm the founder of Vita Nova — a Christian leadership experience for women who are ready to lead from a place of wholeness rather than weariness.
My own journey through leadership exhaustion and identity questions shaped this work. I believe God's design for women in leadership is a life of flourishing, not just faithful endurance.
