Created for pastors, pastors' wives, ministry directors, executive leaders, and women navigating significant seasons of transition, Vita Nova offers an intentional space to tend to the woman behind the leadership.
More than a coaching program, our work is rooted in Scripture, spiritual formation, and meaningful conversation—addressing the whole woman, not simply the next goal, position, or milestone.

I'm a Christian leadership coach, speaker, worship leader, pastor's wife, and the founder of Vita Nova. With more than a decade of ministry experience, my passion for this work has been shaped not only by the roles I've held, but by my own journey through the weight, beauty, and complexity of leadership.
Today, I create intentional spaces for women in ministry to slow down, deepen their intimacy with Christ, strengthen their identity, and build lives that can faithfully sustain the calling God has entrusted to them.
At the heart of my work is a conviction that continues to shape Vita Nova: God is far more concerned with the woman you are becoming than the platform you are building.
